Disaster, Emergency, Risk and Crisis Management Plans

Being prepared for earthquakes and all other disasters is possible only through the collaborative efforts of all stakeholders. In the event of an earthquake occurring while instruction is ongoing at our school, the Emergency Management Team has determined the roles and responsibilities of our teachers, students, and parents to ensure the most effective process. This document is presented for your consideration. A checklist of duties and responsibilities, applicable before, during, and after an earthquake, has been created. To effectively manage this process, it is vital that every member of the Hisar community fully fulfills their duties and responsibilities.

As Hisar School, we are committed to providing our students with the safest environment in terms of disaster preparedness, effective response, and evacuation action plans. We regularly update and monitor our precautionary measures, preparations, and response processes to ensure we are prepared for earthquakes and emergencies. At our school, we conduct risk analyses of potential hazards within the campus, take the necessary preventive measures, and prepare for emergency response in unavoidable situations. Our subcontractors also operate within this plan.
