An Inspiring Seminar From PÖMER: “What Great International Teachers Do?” 

On Monday, October 13, Hisar School Professional Learning Center (PÖMER) hosted two distinguished figures in the field of education, Prof. Dr. James H. Stronge and Dr. Leslie W. Grant. In their seminar titled “What Great International Teachers Do”, Prof. Stronge and Dr. Grant shared the key qualities that distinguish effective teachers. 

Participants had the opportunity to explore research-based insights into effective teachers’ instructional approaches, personal characteristics, and their impact on student achievement. We believe that such exchanges, which deepen our culture of collaborative learning, represent one of the strongest steps toward advancing our vision of continuous improvement in education.
