As Hisar School, we are fully aware of our legal obligations regarding the protection of personal data. All data obtained in the course of our educational activities are processed and stored in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the relevant legislation.

 

In our capacity as the data controller, we take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal data. In line with our principle of transparency, we regularly inform you about the purposes for which your data are processed and the parties with whom they are shared. Our school operates in compliance with international data security standards and adopts best practices in this field. We continuously update our technological infrastructure, raise staff awareness through regular training programs, and manage all our processes in a transparent manner.

Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform: We clearly and transparently inform you about the purposes for which your personal data are processed, the parties to whom they are transferred, and your rights. We prepare specific privacy notices for all our stakeholders.

Explicit Consent Management: Before processing your special category personal data, we obtain your explicit consent and securely store such consents in electronic form. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Protection of Data Subject Rights: We have established the necessary mechanisms to enable you to exercise all your rights under the KVKK, including the right to request information, rectification, erasure, and objection. All applications are responded to within a maximum of 30 days.
