IGNITE Leadership Conference

Our Preschool Principal, Sibel Yalkın, was a speaker at the IGNITE Leadership Conference held in San Antonio, USA, bringing together researchers, academics, and school leaders from around the world.

In her presentation, titled “It Started Inside the School: How Adult Teamwork Transformed a School and Sustained Leadership Across Systems and Cultures,” Sibel Yalkın explored how leadership can be a transformative force not only in relationships with children but also in collaboration among adults. The conference was further enriched by an inspiring visit to the design-focused Pre-K 4 SA school, where future-oriented pedagogical approaches were discussed with Dr. Alejandra Barraza, President and CEO, and Kenneth Sherman, Director of Professional Development, both recognized as global leaders in early childhood education.
