NoktaParantez #6431 Completed the Season with Three Awards in Three Competitions
With the Industrial Design Award won at the Başkent Regional, our team added its first award in the field of mechanical design to its 10-year record of achievements, once again demonstrating its multifaceted success.
Our FRC Robotics Team NoktaParantez #6431 successfully represented our school at the Başkent Regional held in Ankara between April 10–12, 2026. Finishing the qualification matches in 5th place, our team earned the right to compete in the finals as part of the 2nd alliance, achieving a significant success.
Following this strong performance, our team was awarded the prestigious Industrial Design Award, presented to teams that demonstrate outstanding excellence in mechanical engineering and design.
The Industrial Design Award is given to teams whose machines strongly reflect industrial design principles and achieve a balanced relationship between form, function, and aesthetics. Being recognized with this award highlights our team’s competence in engineering design processes and the maturity of its product development approach.
Prior to this achievement at the Başkent Regional, our team had also successfully represented our school at the Istanbul Regional and Bosphorus Regional competitions held between March 3–8, 2026, where they were honored with the “Gracious Professionalism” Award in both events.
Throughout the season, our students stood out with their technical expertise in mechanical design, software development, electronic integration, and strategic gameplay. Their engineering-focused approach, problem-solving skills, and strong team dynamics were key elements reflected in their performance across all competitions.
These three awards represent not only our team’s technical achievements but also their culture of collaboration, ethical approach, and commitment to contributing to the community. It is a source of great pride that our students have made these values visible both in competitions and throughout the season.
The team’s dedicated effort, sense of responsibility, and excellence in robot performance and design enabled our students to gain valuable experience not only in technical fields but also in leadership, communication, and international collaboration.
We sincerely congratulate our NoktaParantez #6431 team and their mentor teachers for successfully representing our school’s values on national and international platforms, and we wish them continued success.
