It is the first and only ESO (Educational Service Organization) accredited by NEASC in Türkiye.

In an era of accelerating global transformation, the leadership of teachers has become a cornerstone in shaping the future of educational ecosystems. In this context, the Professional Learning Center designs innovative and inclusive programs through a strategic approach that integrates professional learning, research and development. The Center coordinates interdisciplinary collaborations and generates insights for strategic decision-making processes. By fostering a culture of lifelong learning within the institution, it also plays an active role in collaborative projects at both national and international levels.

The Hisar School Professional Learning Center (PÖMER)was established in September 2021 with the aim ofmaking professional development processes moresystematic, efficient, and effective. The ProfessionalLearning Center (PÖMER) develops sustainableeducational programs and systems that meet the needsof the era. It offers advanced professional learningprograms, both online and in person, for educators,professionals from different fields, and sector experts, incollaboration with expert individuals and institutions. Italso encourages school staff to participate inpostgraduate programs in alignment with the mission,vision, and strategic plan of Hisar School.
